(Two vacancies fill in Calexico)....Michael Castillo and Kevin Arellano appointed to the Calexico Unified School District Board of Trustees.

They fill the vacancies left by Lorenzo Calderon who was elected to the Calexico City Council and Lewis Pacheco who was elected to the Imperial Irrigation District Board of Directors. Castillo has served previously on the Calexico School Board. Arellano is the Juvenile Division Manager for the Imperial County Probation Department. The two were among 13 applicants for the vacant positions.
