Mexico has deported 29 drug cartel suspects.
The suspects, including Rafael Caro Quintero, believed responsible for the torture and murder of U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agent Enrique " Kiki " Camarena, a Calexico native, were deported to eight cities in the U.S. to face charges in the United States. Caro Quintero has been on the top of the DEA's most wanted list for four decades. Kiki Camerena was kidnapped, tortured and murdered in 1985 after a billion-dollar bust of a Mexican drug operation.
Caro Quintero appeared in federal court in New York Friday and entered a plea of not guilty to all charges.
