(The annual Salton Sea Bird Festival)....It will be held Saturday.

This year it will include the Rock Hill Trail Bird Walk. Those interested are invited to join the Imperial Valley Desert Museum Lowlanders and Sonny Bono Salton Sea National Wildlife Refuge for a guided bird walk at the Rock Hill trail. At 8 am Saturday participants will gather at the visitors center at the Sonny Bono Salton Sea National Wildlife Refuge, at 906 West Sinclair Road in Calipatria. Entry and parking are free. Participants are asked to bring water, walking shoes, and Binoculars.
