(County Supervisors Meet Tuesday)...Public Session begins at 10 am.
The meeting will begin with the recognition of Raquel Leal as the December Employee of the month. The Board will also recognize employee milestones. The Supervisors will discuss the California Depzartment of Veterans Affairs Medi-Cal Certificate of Compliance and California Department of Veterans Affairs Subvention Certificate of Compliance for fiscal year 2024-2025. They will be asked to approve an Agricultural Benefit Program grant of $150,000 to the Imperial County Farm Bureau to support the Burn A Bale Go To Jail program. A $120,000 grant would go to the Imperial Unified School District to support their Future Farmers of America Program.
