(Governor Gavin Newsom announced several appointments this week)....Among them was a reappointment.

Georgia Pat Urena of Calexico was reappointed to the Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Commission. Even though it is a reappointment, it will require Senate Approval. Urena was originally appointed to the Commission in 2018. She worked as  a Recreation Supervisor for the City of El Centro from 1982 to 2024. Urena is currently the Chair for the Calexico Wellness Center and the Juvenile Justice Commission and is a members of Rite Track
