A late Saturday afternoon accident resulted in minor injuries to a driver.

The accident occurred at about 5:30 p.m. on southbound State Route 111 and Heber Road. The driver of a Honda HRV apparently lost control of the vehicle and knocked over a traffic signal light at the intersection. CalTrans crews responded to the scene to cleanup debris. The traffic lights were set at four-way flashing until repairs could be made Sunday morning. The accident remains under investigation.
