The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) has issued restrictions at Level IV facilities.

According to CDCR, high-security prisons in California will restrict inmate movement, calls and visits as authorities look into recent violent incidents. Under the restrictions, meals will be delivered to housing units, showers and other movements in the facilities will be done in what CDCR calls a controlled manner. Visitors will be restricted as will calls by telephone and tablet. Access to legal proceedings and medical care will remain.
